Wayback 80's BL MOJICA DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION started as a woodcraft industry with the name MOJICA SASH FACTORY (presently, under the name BMW WOODCRAFT)
Being a member of a family who lives on the woodcraft industry, and by traditions, MR. BIENVENIDO L. MOJICA continues with similar business.
Since then, the factory manufactures decorative wood doors and windows, helicoidal stairways, furniture and other related wood products.
During the early 90's, being a civil engineer and a graduate of the advance course in interior design, MR. B.L. MOJICA pursued the call to professional maturity.
Accepting architectural, interior design plans, landscaping of residential buildings and offices became a branch of the business.
At one time, he worked personally as part timer at DUBAI UAE.
There he joined a company who competed in the interior design of the palace of SHEIKH SAYED.
Back in the Philippines, through persistent request of friends and relatives, the company continued to accept architectural plans of residential houses.
Soon the company was into the construction business.
Welcoming year 2000, the company has constructed some concept home in BATANGAS, and the AYALA ALABANG area.
On your way to ANILAO, MABINI BATANGAS beach resorts, you could view the scenic spots along the way, with beautiful houses jotting the mountainous slopes of the area.
We proudly declare, ours is one architectural, interior design, and construction company that is part of its continued development.
